About this bag

The all new Venture Gear range of bags brings together high tech materials, innovative design and traditional manufacturing techniques. All Venture Gear products are Digital-ready. Leather is used sparingly and where it is needed most. The VG400 is designed for a small SLR systems, Contax, M series Leicas, and digital video/still cameras. Featuring the new Billingham PressTopLite top opening. The VG400 is made from ripstop Nylon with a ruggedised Nytex base. The rain flap has Billingham Quick Release System and for carrying, a fully adjustable shoulder sling and a leather handgrip. Roomy front pocket with Touch Close fastening. Features Zippered opening with twin zip pullers. Features no-kink flexible PressTopLite 'wand' which returns to it's original shape. VG Ripstop is tough but the base is even tougher with an added layer of Nytex all round. The composite wand helps form the PressTopLite top opening. This lightweight design allows the use of twin zip pullers and ensures the top of the bag will not bend or become deformed during use. The famous Billingham QRS is fast and reliable. Simple one-handed operation. New, flared straps for a better grip. A traditional idea brought right up-to-date Venture Gear handles (VG400 VG420 only) have a comfortable leather grip and are attached to the bag with a stitched rivetted leather reinforcement.
