The Budgie smugler is an over the shoulder style bag. It's conveniently compact enough to walk around the city without drawing attention to yourself and carries my necessary gear for a day outing. The only downside sofar to this bag is the major velcro noise you make opening it up. But if you pad the velcro so it won't stick leaving only enough to keep it 'sticky' then you fix this minor complaint.
