If you are looking for a small bag that will just fit the D40/x with two lenses, this is a great bag. There's room for a spare battery, memory card and mini tripod, but that's about it. For me it's a perfect fit, I'm very happy with it.
This bag is pretty small for something described as large. Looks good, but no external cover in case of rain so camera may get wet in a downpour.
