I use the bag for a 40D with pretty much all my equipment (40D with Tokina 11-16 attached which goes in the middle empty space in the, along with the 60mm macro, 50mm 1.8, 28-135mm IS, and 430 EX in the bottom compartment; with the 580EX II and 55-250 IS up top.) The 40D with the 11-16mm on with all those other lenses and flash around is a perfect fit. But the 465 does not have the tripod holder like the 467 , the 467 has a laptop compartment, which looks only to add marginally to the bag. I would have gotten the 467, but again, for me, the more compact, the better. I just needed a compact bag that would fit the 40D better. It's not too big like those camping looking backpacks... looks cool, yet does not scream "camera bag with EXPENSIVE EQUIPMENT. The bag screams quality. Even has a rain bag to cover it from rain. I can fit a ton of gear as you can see in the pics... You'll need to put a longer lens like the 70-200 in the upper compartment, which could hold a second boy with mid size lens, lunch, a jacket, etc...
