I just got this in the mail today and I have to say that it is significantly bigger than my Tamrac Expedition 5 posted below for comparison. The build quality is top grade. It feels really sturdy when standing it up and it rolls extremely smooth. The wheel base is wide so I don't feel like it is about to fall on its side. With all my gear and a small tripod, It clocks in at 33 lbs. Wearing this for a few minutes of testing on my back is comfortable. I like how the harness is on the font of the bag as nothing is digging into my back. Don't know how it will be for a long hike, but that's also why I got a rolling back pack. lol. What surprised me the most is that I can carry ALL of my lens hood with me in my bag!! The Road Runner is much wider than my Tamrac 5. You can see on the back of the bag that there are two decent sized pouches for you to store your my flash, Epson P-3000, memory cards, batteries and chargers. Although, I wish there were more smaller compartments in the two rear pouches. The Road Runner is surprisingly roomy for those two rear pouches. So far, I must say I love this bag! Its the exact same dimension for those of you who needs a carry-on at the airports. This is a plus for me because I simply refuse to check in my gear. There are also lock-tite accessories that you can buy for this bag which makes it that much better. So far I love this bag and can recommend it to anyone who is looking for a, not HUGE, but a nice big rolling back pack that can hold a lot of stuff!
1. Its has wheels. They are very smooth and sturdy. 2. The entire insert can come out so you can use it as a regular backpack or you can pull it out to make it easier to customize it. 3. Its a very wide bag! It can fit all of your lens hoods. 4. The strap is very comfortable 5. The bag seems VERY strong and durable. 6. Comes with a all weather cover. 7. strap does not drag on the ground when I roll the bag.
