Shimoda bag compatibility Shimoda describes use alone or alongside up to three additional Core Units in its backpacks / rollers. Current X40 v3 and X50 v3 pages explicitly name Small DSLR as a smaller insert option. Specific side-access compatibility is not established by that physical-fit statement. Specification notes - Compatibility is recorded only within the Shimoda system. Physical fit and side-access-door alignment are separate requirements; neither is inferred for another brand. - Manufacturer internal measurements describe the nominal insert envelope; dividers and equipment shape reduce usable packing space.
