It is highly resistant to puncture while absorbing and dispersing shock. It includes 4 customizable dividers and has a large exterior pocket for accessories. Luggage Cart Straps are two bands of 2.0" wide webbing to quickly secure your case to any luggage cart without using shock cords. It cinches tight with a touch fastener closure.
