Ok, wow! This is the biggest small/medium bag out there. So I sold off my Crumplers for the Nova series. Only got the Nova 3 right now, the 5 will come when the buyer purchases my Crumpler 7 Million Dollar Home. For $55 shipped this an amazing bag. Slightly larger than the Crumpler 5 Million Dollar Home and let's just say as large as the 6 Million Dollar Home for even better size comparison. It's a little tight and I can take out the stuff underneath my camera for a nice fit. You'll see what I mean. As you can see, I have a pad that just unvelcros and lifts up to get what's underneath. The 20D just lays in right there fitting rather nicely. Now normally I won't have it this stuffed. Everything underneath will be taken out. This is my daily bag and it's just good to know I can pack it if need be. A for everything else. Flashlight, batteries, pen, and CF card go in front pocket under flap. Lenspen and Hurricane Blower go in pocket on flap. Plates go in side mesh pocket and my camera batteries go in the other mesh pocket on the other side. thanks to Nate (_Aravena) for review

If I end up with another lens I'm somewhat confident that I could fit another lens in the main compartment taking all the misc. junk out. I keep either the kit lens or 50mm on most of the time although I have been able to leave the Nikon 70-300mm f/4-5.6G on and still get the bag to close without feeling like I am really cramming it in there. Update: picture of my LowePro NOVA 3 bag with a big 'ol 80-200mm f/2.8 lens in it.

I've got the Nikon D70 Kit, 70-300mm G (hood on backwards), 50mm 1.4 and SB-800. Those are the biggies that inhabit the main compartment. I've also got some misc. items in there, USB CF card reader, USB camera cable, battery charger and SB-800 Speedlight accessories. In the front pouch I keep the holder for the 3 CR2 batteries, 3-CR2 batteries and 5-NiMH rechargeable. In the lid pouch I keep 3 - 512MB CF cards, 1 - 340 MB IBM Micro drive, CF PCMCIA card adapter and lens cloth. In the back zipper pocket I keep some manuals and paperwork. nikon d70
