$99.95 shipped from Adorama. The Tamrac 5375 Adventure 75 Backpack below weighs in at almost exactly 20 pounds with all the gear in my signature + accessories. The inside pockets have a clear plastic lining with some mesh-style netting that covers part of the clear plastic. It has a pull cord that you can use to tighten the rain cover over the zipper with. The rear pocket does not have a rain cover though. The handle on the top lets you carry it like a hand bag. Here's a top view: The pull cord runs inside the rain cover and has a plastic fastener with a release button on it. With the pull cord tightened, the rain cover goes over the zipper fairly snugly: The bag seems slightly shallow, as the 40D + grip sticks up about 1 inch over the zipper. You can still zip it shut fairly easily, as long as there aren't too many accessories in the inside pockets. It would be nice if the bag was 1 inch deeper. An inch or two can make a world of difference! In addition to the back pocket, there's a rear mesh pouch/net that feels a bit rubbery but is rather tough. It has another pull cord & fastener that you can adjust to tighten or loosen the pouch. I keep a trash bag in it in case of rain. Here's a couple more views with the straps. There are lots of various straps which cannot be removed (including a waist strap), so I had to tuck them away and now the bag is very wearable. I have about 3-4 velcro partitions left over that aren't being used. The shoulder straps are quite thick with rather solid padding and feel very firm and solidly attached to the bag.
